A Thoughtful Space for Insight and Change
My approach is grounded in curiosity, clinical experience, evidence-based practices, and careful attention to the complexity of each person’s inner life. I draw from psychodynamic, relational, trauma-informed, cognitive behavioral, and mindfulness-based perspectives to help clients explore the patterns shaping their relationships, work, identity, and emotional experience. Therapy with me is collaborative and engaged, offering space to think more clearly, listen more closely to yourself, and make sense of what may feel confusing, painful, or hard to name. My perspective has been shaped by over 25 years of experience in private practice, university, corporate, and mental health settings, along with more than 20 years of meditation practice. Together, we work toward greater self-awareness, flexibility, and meaningful change.
